My lessons will take you deep into layers of your self that you did not know existed. We have all experienced these layers, but few have become familiar with them. When we gain understanding of these layers, we also begin to understand the why-and-how we react to life around us. It can be used to shift away from obsolete concepts and habits.  

We can read many books, but time has come to not only understand it, but to implement this knowledge into our lives and live it. I see these tools and deep understanding as key to breaking the habits we created. It is time for more people to enjoy life, find more freedom and live life more fully. My lessons will assist with understanding, growing and changing your life around. My goal is to expand your spiritual consciousness leading to a satisfying and uplifting worldview. I will cover personal accountability and the importance of accepting responsibility for your actions, as difficult as that can be. 

Spiritual Mentor & Guidance, is not about becoming deeply spiritual. It is for our spirit to connect deeply to our human being. To understand the beauty of why we are here, how we can use and see our challengers as a possibility to be guided to more freedom and joy in life. To get perspective and change your story!

I will guide, support and lift you as you grow. You will come to find how we can laugh at our most painful and difficult times in life. You get to fall in love with the human part of you and discover how silly we can be for making our life so difficult at times. It can be endearing to witness and experience.

A lot of my wisdom is also a mix of the Ayurvedic philosophy. Ayurveda is a sister to Yoga and Meditation. It is about creating balance in our life. I am drawn to this deep and old wisdom, knowing I could study it my whole life and never come close to knowing everything there is to know about it.  This makes me excited, because the more I learn, the more I experience that I do not know. And that is such an exiting and humble realization to come to. 

It should be exiting, fun and enriching to learn and to grow!
